Milly was born on August 11, 2000, which means she's currently 24 years old as of now. She's a young Australian actress who absolutely stole our hearts as the younger version of Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen.
Imagine cooking dinner at 14 and someone suddenly asks you to lead an army — yep, that's basically what Rhaenyra had to do, and Milly made it look completely natural. She carried scenes full of political tension like a seasoned pro, not someone who just finished high school a few years ago.
The Age in the Show vs. Real Life
Here's where things get interesting. In the early episodes of House of the Dragon, Rhaenyra is about 15 to 17 years old, which means Milly was playing a character slightly younger than herself.

It's kinda like when you rewatch your old childhood photos and realize that you looked way more mature than you felt back then. The show creators clearly picked someone who could convincingly pull off that gap between youthful but powerful.
Milly's real age of 24 gives her enough life experience to handle the heavy emotional weight of the role while still looking young enough to portray a teenage princess. Honestly, it feels like a perfect casting fit.
Why Should You Care About This?
Because it says a lot about how young talent can completely carry a major franchise. Think about how nerve-wracking it would be to play a beloved literary character in front of millions of viewers at just 24.
